What we do with the data you leave us when you apply to ARG Paper Club.

What data we keep

When you apply we keep your full name, your email, your WhatsApp number, your answer about what you work on and what you'd like to discuss, the language you saw the page in, and the date. Nothing else.

What for

To read your application, let you know we received it and, if you're in, send you the link to the WhatsApp group. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it.

Who sees it

Only the three organizers, Lucio, Pablo and Valentín, from a private panel they sign in to with their club Google accounts.

Where it is stored

In the services that run the site: Convex, the database; Resend, which sends the emails; and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and, with Turnstile, checks that whoever sends the form is a person. They are companies from other countries and may store the data outside Argentina.

How long

As long as the club exists, or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

The site stores in your browser the language you see it in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies; Cloudflare's Turnstile may use its own to check that you're a person.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@argpaper.club. We answer an access request within 10 calendar days, and correct or delete within 5 business days, as Argentina's Law 25,326 requires.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

Who is responsible

Lucio, Pablo and Valentín, the club's organizers; the club is not a legal entity.
