About the club

ARG Paper Club is a research paper reading club in Argentina. Lucio, Pablo and Valentín started it, inspired by YC Paper Club, because people who do research and people who build technology don't talk to each other enough.

How it works

Every few weeks we'll meet in a small group to present and discuss five recent papers. Each paper will be led by one person, who will present it in ten minutes and then guide the discussion. Afterwards, we'll have dinner and keep the conversation going.

The date of each meeting and who presents each paper are agreed in the club's WhatsApp group.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people who build technology and read papers, and for researchers interested in understanding what breaks when ideas go into production. We'll start with a small group.

How to join

Apply on the main page. We read every answer and, if you're in, we'll write to you with the link to the WhatsApp group.

“Paper” means research paper: we're not a stationery or notebook shop.
